Refund Policy:

Refunds are only to be issued for Team GRITT or any other KC SportsFactory LLC entities sessions: If a player is injured while participating with Team GRITT and requests a refund as they are not able to participate in the rest of the session, a physician’s documentation is required. No refunds are to be issued in the event the athlete is injured while participating outside of Team GRITT or any other KC SportsFactory LLC entities events. No refunds are to be issued in the event of COVID or due to COVID exposure, as the risk of exposure is understood upon sign up.
