The value of one-on-one training and semi-individual sessions allow the instructor to have one sole focus in a highly controlled and interactive setting with the student athlete. Consequently, the instructor will focus on the individual's specific needs to the smallest level of detail pertaining to their strengths and weaknesses on the court.
